I wonder, out of the people that have Vista Ultimate, how many use features not included in Home Premium?

I tried the Dreamscene thing once but deemed it was a gimmick and turned it off.

I've not even touched BitLocker.

I think the only "Ultimate" feature I use is compmgmt.msc's Users & Groups screen. But that is present in the Business editions as well... so hmm

Well I have Vista Home Premium on my Sony Vaio laptop, its came preinstalled. I’ve already formatted this once in the past 2 week since I got it as Sony tend to put a lot of bloat on their machines, how many times does my OEM key work?


My desktop is running Vista Ultimate 64Bit, I only bought it due to being the most packed version so far I’ve used only a small number of app this version offers over the rest Tbh I should have gone with HP as I only use Media Centre with my Xbox 360 so ultimate is a bit of a waste on me.


Both are running SP1

i have vista 32 because i have some programs that only run on 32bit os...

i guess i prefer vista 64 because i have 4gb of ram and now i have sp1 rtm its alittle faster.. but 32 vs 64, 64 does feel smoother and feels slightly faster

Im vista like many others, i was an early adopter and never bought into that whole "vista is inferior to xp and xp will last an eternity" crud.
Intresting to see how many people who said they wouldnt touch it with a barge pole till SP1 jumped ship earlier than expected because of the change in common oppinion.
