I seem to have a lot of programs that start when windows goes into the desktop but i'm unsure what i can disable from startup.

Items that start

Nvidia Geforce Experience
Sound Blaster Cinema
VIA HD Audio Deck
Intel HD Graphics
AVG (needed)
ELAN Pointing Device
Malware Bytes (needed)
One Drive
Canon Quick Menu
Itunes Helper
Adobe Updater

You can safely remove all but AVG, ELAN pointing device and Malwarebytes (and one drive is handy if you use) - the rest are not needed unless you use a specific feature - remember that stopping itunes helper or adobe update wont stop itunes or acrobat reader from running. Most items that run at start and have an icon in the system tray are just there for convenience.

To be honest nothing in your list is going to have a huge effect on the systems performance. And you can always enable them again if you do want things back.

in some of the software you can turn them off from starting when windows does.

the only thing I have load when my PC does is the SSD software.

If you don't want to disable anything, I use a program called startup delayer.

I speeds up the system boot and loads each program individually after the suystem as started on specified settings.

Nvidia Geforce experience will be displayed in startup in task manager as 1 process but in reality it accounts for 6 or 7 different processes such as Nvidia Streaming service/shield service etc.

You can disable shield and streamer if you want.

The rest aside from AVG/Intel& ELAN can also be disabled.

I would advise checking under msconfig as well for specific processes to see what else is there as not everything shows in the task manager.

bolded items you should keep:

Nvidia Geforce Experience
Sound Blaster Cinema
VIA HD Audio Deck* assuming this is your sound card preferences it really wont take anything to start with pc
Intel HD Graphics
AVG (needed)
ELAN Pointing Device
Malware Bytes (needed)
One Drive
Canon Quick Menu
Itunes Helper
Adobe Updater

the rest is all secondary junk

Goto services and disable nvidia streaming if your bothered but otherwise I'd leave GFE on the boot up so it's there to be used
