But it wont allow me telling me ' ''Movies'' can't be modified or deleted because its requird by Mac OS X'

Another good one for resizing images is Resize 'Em All.

For 2) I just use Finder and 3) I use Mail.

It isn't needed on OS X, there are no viruses or malware, despite what some people may tell you.

If you need to scan files to send to Windows users then you can use http://www.clamxav.com/

I see a malicious pop up on my MBP screen RIGHT NOW!.

So there IS something, and it needs removing! Ideas?

No funny guy, it's not a growl pop up.

It's a chavvy US advertisement box poll that popped up suddenly on a brit forum that shouldn't have it.
