Well, as unlikely as it is.
Today Windows updates installed and started a reboot. All went ok until the reboot.
The screen went off, and never game back, even though sounds were playing so I know it has booted up.
Switched the cable to the second card and screen turns on.
Look in the nvidia control panel, only one card showing.
Look in device manager, only one card showing.
Unfortunately the usual try it in a different slot method is... tricky (hardline watercooling)
Rolling back the windows updates had no effect either.
So short of dismantling half my PC... what else to check?
