Windows Updates Repeating :S

Hi,
I am having trouble installing just one windows update called 'Security Update for Windows XP (KB911562)'.
When i install it via windows update, it says 'installation completed successfully' but when i restart the same update appears again and again.
I have 'Installed' this update about 20 times and it still comes up . I also tried downloading the update manually from the Microsoft website which also 'installs successfully' but then appears again in windows update.
It appears in my 'Add/remove program' but it wont allow me to uninstall it.
Is there anyway to manually uninstall this update or just fix the problem i am having?

Could try going into C:\Windows\$NtUninstallKB911562$\spuninst and running spuninst.exe then re installing

Thank you so much! That little popup saying 'updates are ready to install' was really getting on my nerves .
There seemed to be 2 of that same update installed in 2 different folder (same name but with _0 on the end).
The update no longer appears, thanks!
