I'm in the process of re-installing windows XP on my main rig and I don't want to have to sit and download every single update since SP2 was released...

Is there a site or resource to get them all (as up to date as poss!) on CD or summut so I can install em at my leisure!...

If this is a naughty question please can someone delete!.. :)

I'm not 100% sure but i think you can create a windows xp with the updates already on by using a program but I've forgotten the name of it

You mean slipstreaming them?

autopatcher is ok.. but anyone could put that together, it has loads of hotfixes that are superceeded by newer ones that autopatcher also has

ryanvm's hotfix pack is the best, but its for pre-windows install only

-ie, you use nlite to slipstream the hotfixes into your windows disc before installing

Do I download all 5 files or just one of em???..

they are RAR'ed so you download all of them then unzip Rar1. This will release the ISO then you just burn to disk and run.

Thats the point, the file is split.
Unrar the first & it'll link to the others & join the file while un-raring
Yes, the file is split... but if there are 5 links supposedly pointing to parts 1 to 5, yet they all point to:

http://www.zen62619.zen.co.uk/unattended/files/UpdateCD3.part1.rar

Then it ain't going to work. I'll take a wild stab in the dark that renumbering part1 to part2 etc will work.
