I use your patches sometimes on new XP systems :)

Great :) I will be doing another one soon once i figure out this IE7 business. Theres hell on over at some other forums with integrating IE7 into the CD as it can't be done yet.

I do everything manually, hate using 3rd party tools.

i used to slipstream manually, but removing all the crap with nlite makes pc loads faster

can run xp really well now on even a pii400

Can you use the ryanVM integrated files on a windowsXP disc with service pack 1a, i.e. will it update & integrate my disc to have service pack 2 and all the hotfixes on it?

And do i use my original xp CD?

you might be better off using a totally clean disc to begin with (xp no service packs)

sp1 disc might work, i've just not tested it :)

you'll need to download SP2 first, and slipstream it with nlite BEFORE using the ryanvm pack..

Just to double check... Are Parts 1 to 4 - 36,078kb, and Part 5 6,210kb.... :)

I take it back, after downloading nlite version 1.2rc i am very impressed. I changed from manual to revised nlite integration. Great stuff nlite :)

yeh, thats correct.

When I was splitting the archive up it was split into 36mb chunks but what was left was the 6mb chunk.

Hi just some quick help please. I've got an XP SP2 OEM disc and I'm looking to update it with the security fixes since SP2. Will that "AutoPatcher_2000_Dec06_ENU_Update" do the job? :)

That is for Windows 2000. Plus its an update pack so you'd need a full pack I understand. There isn't a full pack for December 06 on XP so you'd have to get November 06 XP full then the December 06 XP Update and you'd be laughing, I hope.:)
