windows vista games folder

just got vista this weekend and when i have installed my games some of them have gone straight in to the games folder and others havent now i can transfer the icons/shortcuts in to that folder but it looks kind of wierd with a nice big shiny picture for company of heroes next to a tiny icon for wh mark of chaos next to it, is there a way to change the icon in to say a picture of the front cover or something alike :confused:

example of what i mean(can you change the small icons for something bigger )

it doesn't automaticly add the box art to games that you drag over iam afread.
