Windows Vista Update error code 800B0100

I'm trying to install 'Update for Windows Vista (KB937286)' but it just fails with error code 800B0100. I've Googled this code and turned up absolutely nothing useful (not even in the Microsoft forums) and there appears to be no Microsoft knowledge base page for it either. I'm totally stumped... I don't know what to do to get it installed. It seems that this update is also holding back the DreamScene download too, as this hasn't been offered to me yet, nor has the Poker game.

Any help greatly appreciated.

it's just an updated 'help' file, do you ever use help? -no, just set it to hide and forget about it

If it's not important, I will just forget about it. Any idea why the update refuses to offer me the Ultimate Extras I'm supposed to be getting?
