I was going to build a new PC system this month, with MCE 2005. But seeing Vista will be available end of January, am I right? I think it's not worth getting MCE now. How much do you think it will take to be available from OcUK?

And one more question, what would you do till you buy it, install a trial version? But that's 30 days only :/ Need suggestions. Thanks :)

Doesn't the software have to be pre-installed on the system? I guess this menas you'd have to get the company who sold the OS to build you a PC.

I'm pretty sure the Vista upgrade coupons only apply if you buy a full machine from a MS-listed system builder.

I'm getting confused :p

First, I'm getting everything from OcUK. by 'everything' I mean tha tI'm getting all of the components, and build the PC myself. So, till now I was getting the MCE 2005 OEM

Shouldn't I, and those who will build a PC, be able to get VISTA OEM too as they are able to get MCE 2005 OEM? ;)
You should get on to OcUK and get them to supply the Vista upgrade certificate - it works through a third party so it's nothing to do with OcUK directly. If they can't then use a decent company that can! No one should be buying XP today without the free Vista upgrade.

yes, but will they/do they have to honour it?
Yes.
