Firstly, I apologise if this is in the wrong place, wasnt sure where to put it.

I have a 16GB pen drive, which at the minute, is empty. I have tried to copy a 7.5GB file to the drive, but Windows XP Pro says there is not enough space.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Yup, you need to format it with something like NTFS which will allow much larger files to be stored. If you need to have it as FAT32 for compatibility reasons then you could always archive the file into a multi-part archive made up of smaller chunks.
