Hello people,
i have a ubuntu linux powered server which i setup running apache, mysql php and samba filesharing, at the moment there is just two systems connected to the network not counting the server, both running windows xp pro SP2
one system sees the server, itself and the second system in network neibourhood and can access everything it should be able to access, but the second system cannot see anything in network neibourhood, and cannt connect to any other system from explorer, i can connect to my serer using PuTTy from this system aswell as connect to the internet but it cannot access any system from explorer, through network neibourhood
i have a standard network setup on both windows machines, i set them up both exactly the same so i dont understand why one cannot see anything
does anyone have and suggestions as to what is going wrong?
