Windows XP startup sound versus the Mac

I dont get it.
It was a prank in which someone created a loud, elongated boot-up sound and configured their Apple PowerBook to play it during boot-up. Said person then took the laptop to a library and, under the watchful eye of hidden cameras, fired it up.

I don't think it's been posted before, but it's about as old as the internet :o

That's what you get for buying a Fisher Price operating system. :p (assuming that was running Mac, and not Linux, and yes, I'm aware mac runs off UNIX)

I know you're joking and all, but that's not a mac boot-up sound there. It was custom made for the prank ;)

Yeah I guessed :D. Whenever I use a mac I want to press the right mouse button, and those 'one giant button' mice you get for them are even worse, I keep de-clicking them when I move my hand :D.

Yeah but it's based on that small chord sound you hear on the Mac. I guess it's really just taking the wizz out of the XP startup sound!

lol, and the windows user guy in red is already logged in :o

Eh, the guy in red is not part of the prank. It's the girl sitting directly in front of him (with the glasses).. she boots up her XP lapper. I can't blame your ignorance though, it's not shot very well.

Did you click the alternative Google link?

Yes I did, that doesnt mean quicktime isnt obselete. Though of course some may be happy with google videos which use a more obselete codec, personally ive seen videos filmed in the early 1900s that are better quality.
