I believe it's between a 10-50% increase in ram usage depending on the app in question. In reality it seems to average around 20% more ram used for most things.

Are you saying win7 uses 10-50% increase in ram compared to xp ?

Pretty sure that's wrong mate, 64 uses more ram than 32

Why does 64-bit use more than 32-bit? Is it because the memory addresses are longer?
