Ok basically back in spring/early summer I bought some Rain-X type stuff from Aldi (yeah I know 
) Anyway it worked ok for a bit then stopped doing much, a bit like my previous experience with Rain-X. However my screen is smearing worse and worse and unlike Rain-X this stuff is supposed to last for a year 
Basically I want to shift it and give my screen a really good clean and then finishing the job with some new wipers.
Anyone got any idea what might shift it? Something that won't strip the paint off my car when I spill it would be good
Somehow I don't think white vinegar and newspaper is going to touch this stuff
