Hi all I went to see a 4 year old used car and noticed it has a white patch on the top centre windscreen about 1.5 inch length. I've tried to add two photos to this post.
The dealer is saying it's nothing to worry about but I'm not so sure?
balls to that, I wouldn't have that it's going to cost you minimal excess on windscreen cover to sort it... and any dealer who said it's nto a problem and won't replace something like that makes me wonder what else hey hide so for me... thanks and bye bye personally but thats' just me

And that's what they're counting on... you walk away because of that they may well call you back up! people need to stand up to these "dealers" with their money! there wil be another! Everything happens for a reason imho
How old and expensive is the car? If it’s a 10 year old £2k banger, I’d let it go but if it’s a newer, more expensive car then they need to sort it otherwise do one. Is it a rare car?
Unless price is an absolute bargain and/or lower end of the scale and you are sure nothing else is wrong I wouldn't be happy on a 4 year old car. If it was a 10 year old 2K banger as HoneyBadger says then it is more par for the course.
if they not going to rectify any obvious defect like that before the sale then any warranty they give with the car is not worth the paper its printed on. you will get trouble with them later on.
definatly de-laminated water ingress probably faulty seal will spread in time , used to have dealers cover up with black primer lol. 4 year old car bad show .
doesnt say much for dealer really , would hate to have something more serious wrong after you bought it......guaranteed till you drive it on the road sir
