I've just installed a Hauppauge WinTV Nova-T-500 card so I can record programmes to easily watch them on my Archos.
However, I'm having some issues with the software which isn't helped by the fact the manual is rubbish and the help files won't open.
Anyway, the two things I'm having problems are:
1) I'm struggling to schedule programmes to record from either the tvtv.co.uk epg though HCW synchit or though the Hauppauge EPG service tool - I keep getting asked to assign a channel and when I click ok, it gives me a failed message.
I have no problems with manual recording, just scheduling.
Any idea how to get this to work, or any other way of configuring this with other software?
2) When I use the WinTV software to watch TV the image doesn't will the screen, but only takes up the top left corner, regardless of whether I use title, non-title or TV views - any ideas what's causing this and how I can make it full screen?
