sometimes when we see this when out working we use 'bar keepers best friend' which can help remove some of this, though it doesn't always get it 100% right it gets it looking much better. i would be interested to know if you come across anything else as i run a cleaning company so see this regularly enough and i'd like to know if there's a better solution to it
