Wired Mouse stutter - Windows 11

One very left field suggestion - How many monitors do you have plugged in? When I was struggling with a constant stutter, it turned out that the second monitor (TV in my case) was plugged in with an HDMI cable that came slightly out of the socket. When drawing a curtain, I slightly caught the cable, and I guess that each stutter was the computer trying to detect the second monitor unsuccessfully.

Check all HDMI/Display ports are correctly installed.

If it was me I'd install the Windows Performance Analyzer and capture a trace next time it happened, that would give you a better idea of what's causing it.

My first guess would be it's down to G-Sync/VRR though so if you don't want to deal with WPA I'd disable G-Sync in the Nvidia app and if there's anything in the Windows setting app (display section) about VRR turn it off there too, then fix the refresh rate to your monitors max setting (iirc 165Hz)
