Wireless Access Point to connect TV to TalkTalk Modem?

My mum has a Smasung TV and a TalkTalk tv box that she wants to connect to her TalkTalk broadband connection. Both the TV or TalkTalk Freeview box only have LAN sockets.

The modem is upstairs in her office. Would one of these allow her to connect both the TV and TalkTalk freeview box to TalkTalk ADSL modem via wifi?

just normal homeplugs would do, bt used to supply them with their kit.

That will do you fine, it supports AP client mode which I'm assuming is Edimax speak for 'works as a client'.
