wireless adaptor causing 100% cpu load

Hi

I have a netgear wpn311 wireless pci card in my pc. The problem I have is that even on idle it is causing a 80-100% cpu usage. If i disable the adaptor the cpu usage drops right down. Any ideas?

I have a amd64 3000 processor with 1gb of ram.

Could be a driver issue try updating them if possible.
