wireless and not so wireless

ok friend of mine already has a standard broadband connection in one phone line and wireless in another does this mean they will have to pay double, can they run it all simulaneously?
 
I think wireless if basically just if you have a wireless enabled router. I'm pretty sure (I may be wrong) that you can have any broadband connection with wireless enabled as long as the router has wireless enabled.
 
If you're saying he has two different phonelines and to different connections then yes I'm sure he will be paying for both of those if thats what you mean, it's hard to tell :confused:
