So I decided on the K3 (75% as I figured maybe I'd like F keys at little cost to size - nothing horizontal anyway), but in my haste/excitement I ordered the US layout. I've emailed asking if they can cancel. It's not the end of the world if they don't, but given they seem to take 3 days before packing, hopefully they can cancel and I'll order the Uk version.

I had a 60% keyboard and while it was ok i got sick of having to use the Fn key for nearly every thing other than typing.
Glad i went back to a 75%, hardly ever need the Fn now and still got plenty of desk space.
Hope you get it swapped in time.

Yeah, I guess it's only really a couple of keys that will be different and tbh, it's not like I look at them to know where " or @ is, so it wont be the end of the world if they ship what I ordered.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Aula F75 75% layout keyboard, which has been surprisingly more high quality than I thought it would be. Keychron are ok too. Everything is preference! Except when its trash, then it deserves to be called out! 
Can often be acquired cheap. I also have very expensive Logitech keyboards, which I now have on a bookshelf gathering dust. The lighting on the logitech G915 and G715 are definitely better, and when I feel the need to go back to low profile keys I will switch back.

I did that, but now I realise with the slight delay that if it takes the same time to come as the first keyboard, it will arrive on the day I head to the airport for 5 days away!

If you keep a eye on the tracking you may be able to alter delivery date, or get them to leave it with a neighbour.
Hopefully it will arrive before you leave though.
While it's a good keyboard, what irks me is none of the secondary characters on the keys are lit. Seems like a massive oversight by Logitech and I've never seen replacements that do offer that.
I'm having some intermittent problems with some keys. Not registering everytime I press them. M at the moment, was J earlier, but I removed and moved round some switches and it seemed to fix itself... but now M is doing it. Anyone else experienced this?
Is this on the K3 or the V6?
Could try a factory reset. Press fn + J + Z for 4 seconds until all the backlight flashes. (you may have to plug in the cable)
Are the switches loose on the PCB?
Does it do it when the keyboard is cabled or wireless? (or both)
When i searched for this kind of problem there was a couple of people that had faulty PCB's and had replacements sent out that fixed their issue.
That was a early version though and i can't remember what keyboard it was.

I've got it plugged in at the moment and the first couple of times I hit J it didn't respond... I'm going to try a reset now.
I did email UK support a few days ago, but no response yet.
**EDIT** Reset doesn't appear to have helped. I wonder if it might be the board, as I've changed the switch, but the J still isn't great.

Well, I don't know if I shouldn't speak too soon, but I think it might have worked for me too!
About two hours ago, I got a reply from support and I sent an email with a video showing the problem. Even in typing the email, M and K failed to work three times, but right now, they all seem to be working fine. Amazing, thanks! *crosses fingers*

To give an update here. I'm still suffering with keys that don't register. I'm almost just getting used to it and really don't want to. Yesterday I went into the office and took my K3 to use and it reminded me how nice an experience it should be, so I'm pushing on for a resolution.
To Keychron's credit, their support has been quite good. They sent me 15 new switches, but as I swap out the 'faulty' ones, the issue remains. This morning they sent me instructions to replace the PCB board and asked if I think I would be capable of the operation. I have replied that I think I would, so I expect they will send me this next.
