After finally choosing a mouse, I'd like a keyboard to go with it. Any suggestions? There doesn't seem to be many choices and some of them are way too expensive. The corsair k63 looks fairly decent?

Cool, I have a Keychron K2 (that I need to sell actually), a v1 version, just a note that it sits high on a desk vs the low profile ones. The new variant solves that somewhat but now I'm on a G915 TKL it's much more comfortable for me. You will need a wrist wrest so that will add to the cost if you go with a K2.

Apart from that though, I loved it. I foamed the case and it sounded and felt great.

I see there's a deal on the G915 TKL today. Is it worth £156 in your opinion?

If, like me, you need a low latency KB for gaming; and the ability to switch to bluetooth to connect to your work laptop - plus you hate wires, love mechanical, low profile, use media keys and want TKL - then yes; absolutely.

Otherwise, no - there are much better options out there. My F4 key backlight has randomly started turning off (not sure if it's software related, but I've raised with Logitech). The KB itself its beautiful to type on but it does sometimes sound "rattly".

The G915 is the only KB that met all my requirements and I'm over the moon with it but it's only worth it if you need all the features.

Thanks for the comments, very helpful :)

I do need low latency as I want it for gaming and also want to be able to switch to Bluetooth for work on my company laptop. I like the idea of TKL as I never use the numpad anyway.

Most people, including myself, judging from reddit go for the tactile. The brief differences are:

Red - smooth press, takes least amount of force
Brown - has some feedback (or they call it a bump) - more force to push down. Some love it (myself included), some find it mushy
Clicky - makes an audible click, which is somewhat muted on this - but can be very satisfying. Not recommended if you are in a public place or office :)

Here's what helped me decide:

What keyboard do you own right now?

Great stuff, cheers :)

Currently have a corsair k70 wired, which I do like a lot. Had it for a few years now, but really need a wireless keyboard to switch between devices now I'm working from home.

Do you know what kind of switches you have currently? If you really like them, then go for the same :). The K70 comes in a wide array of switches.
