Wireless network - limited network access

Every so often (seems to be getting more and more often) my downloads stop, and my ability to browse disappears. My wireless reports that I have limited network access.

This happens whether I have other things running on the laptop or not, but doesn't seem to happen with the PS3 (no dropouts whilst playing COD, eg) or iPhone. It does, however, happen with laptops.

This last thing is what has made me think it might be DHCP or somesuch. It's passing strange that it works for a while though, and then drops out. It picks back up again without any intervention.

Sound a bit like what happens with my DG384GT from time to time. Its like the wireless device just can't get an IP address from the router but it can happen while already connected, it just sort of forgets that it gas devices connected. It does resolve itself eventually but I usually go into the router and refresh the wireless settings and it works again straight away. I blame an old router.

One thing I've just noticed is that a VPN connection is completely unaffected :/
