Wireless Network on Virtual Box

Hi all

I'm trying to get my wireless card working in VM box I've got windows 7 installed
but it doesn't seem to be working.

I don't get the option on the VM software in the network options it doesn't allow me to select "wireless Netgear WG311 v2" I only see wired versions

is there a way around this?

I mean I want to access the internet on my windows 7 virtual machine

everytime I go into internet explorer it does not connect

they will apear as wired connections! use those! works for me,

im on vista 64, and i just looked now and it says its connected to 2 wired connections... dunno how i did it, google it!

The machine doesn't see your wireless card, at least not without considerable effort.

Under 'options' for the machine there is a network tab, pick one of the intel ones. I tend to use the gigabit intel one.

Reinstall guest additions if need be

Connect to internet through this 'virtual' gigabit card, it connects to the host via virtualbox.
