Wireless network

I've had my trusty linksys wrt54g for 1 year now but i don't know how to share files on it. If this is helpful my desktop is connected to the router and my laptop is connected to the router using the wireless feature

You cant share files 'on' a router, but you can share files 'through' it.

Assuming that both PC and Laptop have Win XP installed, run the Network Setup Wizard and you should see the 'Shared Folders' on the PC in the 'Network Places' screen on the Laptop and vice-versa.

But my desktop can't connect to the workgroup,my laptop can.Also my laptop can't connect to the desktop. I've also got WEP no the wireless network

u got a firewall blocking it?

have the ips been assigned by dhcp - go status at bottom right n click on support....what does it say for ip?

The ip address is assigned by DHCP and i've got the the firewall on the router on
