I have a Linksys WMP54GS which works great with Vista 64. No need to download drivers etc. It works out of the box with Vista straight away and windows update will download the full driver automatically.
I have reinstalled Vista numerous times and each time i do the card works straight away and then updates to the full driver through windows update Haven't had a problem with it.
it works (intermitently) now but at first i used the cd to try and install the drivers, the software diddnt work properly. it was supposed to restart after a re-boot but didddnt. i then tryed finding the driver on mi laptop and using a memory card to transfer it, turns out they havnt made a driver for vista-64 but i found some obscure website that said it would use some realtek one instead as they origionaly made the chip, i downloaded this driver and had to look through about 1000 different makes and models to find the realtek model that matched and then it worked, or so i thought, while my laptop works perfectly well 24/7 the desktop keps loosing connection to the internet and goes to "local acess only" so it can speak to the other computers in the house but not the internet, this will laast up to 10 mins before it gets sorted, me = not a happy bunny
