wireless problems

Hey all, im having problems with my router its normally fine but every soo often i will lose connection on my laptop, when i go to check the router the internet light is amber.

I have a standard white router from sky and im on the max broadband package.

I've had this problem for about 2 weeks now and its rely anoying when playing games and you get disconnected.

Need your help!
