Wireless range extender?

I need to boost signal in attics.

I have an 8 port Ethernet switch setup in attic. But phones / nuc etc are wireless only.

Is there anything I can get that uses Ethernet as a source to provide wifi boost?

Rather than extenders that simply use current wifi from router and boost.

You want a wireless access point, or a wireless router configured as one.
