Wireless router help plz

Hi there

i had a wireless connection set up at my uni house using a linksys wireless-g broadband router connected up to cable. im now home for the summer but we have adsl broadband and the modem is a usb one and the router only has an ethernet cable connection for the net.
so do i have to get a new adsl modem with an ethernet connection to be able to use the wireless router or is there a way around it? if i do need a new modem and suggestions on one? and being a student looking for a bargin here hehe.

You can get ADSL modems with an ethernet port as output. Then connect up to the WAN port on the router as you would with a cable modem ... BUT they're hardly any cheaper than an ADSL router.
