Wireless router, no PPPoA?!?!

Working... somehow :confused:

Set the ADSL modem's DHCP Mode to 'DHCP Server' and I could access the net from a notebook with WiFi (& also this PC connected to the router thru LAN) :)

The DI-624 router, WAN is set to 'Dynamic IP Address'. But from the Status page\Device Information\WAN, i suspect the IP address is from the Modem & not ISP cos it starts with '192'

probably, check the modem and the routers LAN IP addresses, probably one different

Sounds like it, which means the modem's more like a lobotomised router (and so performing NAT).
To make things easier, you might want to stick the router's WAN port in the modem's DMZ. That way you only have to forwards ports at the router.
