Wireless software

Can't find the software that my usb dongle uses for connecting to a wireless network.

What 3rd party software is best?

XP SP2 / vistas built in software is quite good if abit simple.

Yer forgot to say, only got SP1 on my lappy. Otherwise would have opted for that.

upgrade to sp2? there really shouldnt be any reason not to..

xp sp1 had wireless software built in too, just not as jazzy as SP2. you could always use that just for the time being and then upgrade to SP2?

off hand, i would say right click on the wireless adaptor and go properties? and tehn connections. or something along those lines?

Can't see the adapter in win, its a usb one

you installed drivers for it I take it? - otherwise your going to have to use a differnt comp connected to the net, download the drivers and then copy across

Nah, thats the part iam stuck on, not sure which drivers I need. Any idea how I can find out?

aa bugger. it say anything on the usb? any kind of model code? maybe a picture would be helpful too?
