There are other wireless controllers too it appears but I need the trigger buttons on the bottom of the controller so I guess the 360 controller is the only option ?
Anyone know what the range is like with the crossfire adapter ? My xbox sits upstairs and the controller reaches it easily for gaming on the plasma.
I guess if it doesn't reach I can always plug the crossfire adapter into the usb hub extender in the living room
what I'd really like to know is, is there a way of putting the pad 'to sleep' after you disconnect the receiver without taking out the batteries? My pad has been flashing ever since and it's lighting up my darkened room...
Hold down the Guide button whilst still connected to LIVE and it will offer you the chance to turn it off just like the X360 does. Not a great deal of help as you then have to quit the game using the keyboard but it does work (in LIVE enabled games).
I've been using one for ages but how do you guys charge it? Plugging the play and charge kit in doesn't charge my battery but bizarrely it will power the controller, ie I can use it without a battery in it.
