got an interview for a new job today would mean a bit more travelling(circa 10 mins more a day but a 25% increase on salary for an easier job

i had all sorts of trouble when i tried to leave my last job before the notice period. they would have let me go any time i wanted except lots of staff were on holiday. i ended up being stuck in the middle trying to keep both sides happy. i had to work out a compremise for both jobs
