Whats the best 250gb SSD on the market right now? I see Samsung bringing out new Line up should I wait?

Samsung 840 pro 500GB you think these will come down much in price when the release there new models?
840 Pro 256GB also come down in price.... Is they a better SSD out now then the Sammy 840?
