witch ram?

hi guys

building new rig and i dont know what ram to get? i will be using this pc for overclocking/gaming

here are the specs so far I would like to keep the costs below 100-120 for the ram and 4gb or 8gb

AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 955 Black Edition 3.20GHz (Socket AM3) - Retail [HDZ955FBGIBOX]

Asus Crosshair IV Formula AMD 890FX (Socket AM3) PCI-Express DDR3 Motherboard [90-MIBCN0-G0EAY00Z]

8GB shows very little performance gains in gaming over 4GB, and if overclocking, anything with tight timings is good.
