With a baby on the way, need some help re-organising bedrooms and office.

Surely if you have these Wardrobes anyway, then you don't need a Wardrobe room?

Not sure where they open into, but presumably you could change them both to open into the Master bedroom for his and hers Wardrobes.

Wardrobe room would be best placed as a nursery as is just across the landing.

Moving some of the storage into the Office would be the easiest option.
