With no graphics card??.......

i'm sooo tempted to just use this new x1950 i got here and not bother with the bfg 8800, i've never even bought a gfx card before-so the 1950 would prob do me

I dont, really!
its still wrapped, i gonna send back to OCUK and pay the xtra for the bfg
but not so sure really

Definately send it back and get the 8 series, totally destroys the x1950 XT, plus its a new gen card, x1950's are worthless old tech now. :)

i know (i think) but how much will i notice? i've never even had a graphics card- i just think it will be ample for my use???

right, started off as one thread, now confusing...
In a nutshell.......

wanted to know if mobo would display via onboard gfx-NO

and now i'm thinking of opening this x1950 gfx card sat infront of me and using it instead of payin extra cash that i aint got to buy the bfg 8800 gts.

i know about the difference between the cards, but i've never even had a gfx card-just crap on board and has done me ok, so gonna just use the 1950!

DONE
S :p

ok suppose thats the sensible thing to do. the x1950 should run every present game on max with that system so you should be fine sticking with that.

only ever play on Moh or battleield every now and then, not much of a gamer.
Appreciate the input though as always

The x1950 will be fine, more than fine!

Bang it in and have some fun. If you want more in a few months, sell it and get whatever is best value then.

ok i have one thing to say

MY HEAD HURTS!!

very confusing at first but after my brain died i understood

wack that baby in and hear it purrr or sizzle

i know one of the two work :P
