Women and Eye contact

when a woman refuses/rarely makes eye contact with you or if she does she looks away really quickly

does it mean she likes you but is too embarrassed to look at you

or does it mean she is terrified/disgusted by you and cant bare to look

not that im in such a situation just want to find out for a mate
