I personally prefer shoulder length hair on women:

Shoulder length> Long ( anything longer than shoulder length, be it up to their *** or a tad higher, is all the same to me)> Chin length > Short but feminine > short boy> Buzz > bald.

It goes from oooooh to ewwww at short but feminine > short boy cut.

I like brunettes with long hair, but wouldn't rule someone because of their hairstyle or colour. It depends on the person as a whole.
