Women!!

I just don't get them... ?

Me and my girlfriend broke up Tuesday - she decided she didn't want to continue the relationship knowing that I loved her and she didn't love me, she had tried to feel the same but just couldn't so decided to end it before I got to involved. We were together about a year.

So you know, fair play I thought - very gutting to be told that, and not have such feelings reciprocated, but kudos for being honest and having the balls to say it to me and make that decision.

So as you do when your newly single, you got out a lot more - so I headed to a mates in London last night, small group fancy dress party - was only 8 of us and there was a young lady there who was smashed off her face and took a shining to me, so there are now a few pictures on the dreaded facebook - one specifically where she is sat on my lap.

My ex has then messaged me going mad, saying stuff a long the lines of "you clearly had a good night, some girl all over you, I can't believe you be like this so soon after breaking up".

Woah... be like what? I hadn't done anything with this girl, just banter and a fun evening with some mates - now she has gone offline, commented on some of the pics just saying "nice".

.... She dumped me... I went out with some mates and now I am in trouble?!

WTF!

I think Women have a part in their DNA that makes them over react about lots of stuff. They are hypocrites also, like she could have another boyfriend already & that is fine, but if you had another GF already, well we just couldn't have that could we???!!!

I wish I had someone I could call my Lapgirl :(

1. get a picture of you smashing her mums back door in
2. set picture as profile pic on facebook
3. Unfriend ex
4. block her
5. wait for abusive phone calls
6. tell her you did her sister up the wrong un for good measure to let her know you mean business
7. get on with the rest of your life

the end

and I said "ok no worries, I assumed you may be out with EXBOYFRIEND - no worries, ill get my bits another time".

This was always going to spark a reaction, you knew it aswell. You could have just said, "no worries, I just saw your car and thought I'd ask as it is outside of your house".

Double standards or not, you asked for that.

Remove her from your friends list and forget about her

I know I'm late in the game here but this.

I've done the same for each one and they all come running back/get angry - which gives you the high ground.

Go forth and conquer!

And this is the fundemental issue with text - and how it is intepreted; on retrospect and reaidng it back - then yes it does look very sarcastic and a dig; in my mind it was not - I simply did assume they were out together, wasnt digging, just saying - I expected it from the point we broke up so already mentally dealt with the "anguish" that it may happen sooner or later!

She has re-removed me from FB now and blocked me so I couldnt even search for her - which is all good, saves the need for me to do it :)
