Won a PS4 - what next

won one with my tv purchase. coming in a week or so, so what games or addons ?

Get yourself a PS+ subscription so you can get the free games each month. The best games I've played so far are InFamous, Assassin's Creed 4, Injustice and Resogun. Battlefield 4 is pretty good from the little I played, but I believe it's still a bit of a buggy mess so might be worth swerving until (if) it's sorted out.

BF4 is fixed now on PS4 - well worth a buy

as is Infamous (second hand), Killzone (second hand) or look through here

check the members market out for some cheap games

War Thunder is free - well worth the download one of my favourite games on the PS4 and it costs nothing.

Transistor is out today, I would say that will probably be one of the best games for the PS4, it seems to be flying under the radar some what but it's from the makers of Bastion so it's sure to be good!

Last of Us remastered is out in the next few months... not much to say here, if you haven't played the original (or even if you have) this is surely the first must buy PS4 title.

if OP had ps3 and ps+ then any common sense would have said log-in online and "pre-order" ps4 indie games even before they had a ps4

I would avoid Killzone, looks pretty but offers nothing else.

You definitely need PS+.
If you like online shooters then get BF4.
And get Infamous as it's pretty decent and looks incredible.

Also Outlast is a great game but not sure if its free on PS+ any longer. Sorta stealthy/hidey first person horror.

do you have a blu ray player? how about netflix? etc or does your new tv have that built in?

mind you netflix on a ps4 imo should be a lot better than netflix on a smart tv, due to the processing power and it being a much more powerful system in regards to everything smart on tv's is usually pretty crap tbh.

it's a wonderful games machine first and foremost though, but i would take the blu ray and smart aspects into consideration.

mind you, you could sell it for £300 and get a blu ray player for dirt cheap.

yeah i do have a blueray and a shuttle pc linked to my TV.

i will have a think and see when it turns up
