Wonderful dreams, your own or anyone's

A colleague at work once described that he was dreaming of making love with his wife [takes all sort i suppose] and i popped in to show him how it was done.. I never quite knew how to take that or the fact I would have never of shared that with anyone :p

As it happens last night I had a rather incredible dream.

I dreamt that there was another planet like Earth in orbit and you could see it like our moon (further away obviously :p), I was just in awe of it as you would be if you witnessed it in real life and I remember it even had a name but I can't remember what it was :(, the continents were different but I just instinctively knew it was like a sister planet to Earth.

The rest is vague, I recall going there and the people were humans the same but their way of life was different as they had evolved differently.

I don't think I'll ever feel that same level of amazement I felt when seeing this in my dream, real life is just too ordinary. :o

Last night I dreamt that I was at a party with my girlfriend, except she was my ex in the dream. There was a girl at the party who I really fancy (not my hairdresser) and we proceeded to do drunken kissings.

I then woke up because I was really hungry, so I went and ate some digestive biscuits.

This is literally the best dream I can remember in recent times.

In the last week I've had two lucid dreams.

The first, i began to realise that what was happening just couldn't be true (it wasn't outlandish, just utterly unlikely to happen). I decided to test whether i was dreaming by trying to run and got treacle legs so concluded that i was indeed dreaming and was in control. Sadly i woke soon after, like within 60 seconds.

The second, again i realised that what was happening was just too personally irritating to be real life, so i stopped trying to fix it and decided to go outside and try to fly. I went into my back garden and spread my arms, jumped in the air.... and landed again :( Thinking I would try again later, i went for a walk and met a new neighbour, but was getting a pressing sensation on my face as i talked to her. I recognised that it was the pressure of my pillow, and within another 30 seconds i was awake.

I can't wait to go to sleep each night now so that i can try for more control, and longer in the dream, but last night for example i had an utterly bizarre dream where my cat was quite literally bouncing off the walls cartoon style like a mega bouncy ball, and then later turned into an anime pussy cat girl that was trying to shag me, and i didn't see that as a trigger that i was dreaming

I Had a rather disturbing dream last night and was quite lucid.

I cannot remember the whole thing but I was walking through he rain, torrential downpour can't see a foot in front of you type, to some cottage and ended up there and hiding in there from the rain. I was just relaxing and I had such a strong feeling of terror which was when the dream be ame extremely lucid I felt I was in trouble.

I grabbed some weapons, one a dirk which I have IRL from my wedding, and someone burst in to kill me. With it being lucid this was the point I realised **** I can't use these things! The guy had a sabre type sword, attacked me and stabbed at which point I woke up in a cold sweat.

Wasn't very pleasant at all!

(This might get a little inappropriate towards the end. I will attempt to keep things as vanilla as possible, but my apologies if any mods still consider it unsuitable.)

Let us begin...

Apropos of nothing I am running for my life, high above the sea on some sort of oil rig/scaffolding structure. It seems that I'm a member of the Scooby Doo gang and a terrifying ghoul is pursuing us. I am in place of Shaggy, incidentally. Anyway, we're running and running, then, horror! End of the line... We're at the edge of a great iron girder with nowhere to go but drop into the violent ocean below.

So, we all jump and hope for the best. Scooby and me land in some feeble rubber dinghy, whilst Fred, Daphne and Velma have the fortune of ending up on an enermous, luxury cruise ship. Scooby and I float along, enjoying the calm for a while. Then, all of a sudden, the dinghy morphs into some non-descript little car, and Scooby transforms into a very plain looking and ever-so-slightly overweight girl I went to college with. And we're kissing. Passionately. The car is driving itself (as we're both in the back seat), and making it's way through some winding mountain roads.

Seconds that feel like an eternity pass and the kissing just isn't enough anymore. The desire is overwhelming, and I take HER penis in my mouth and go to work. Oh my, look at me go, I'm fantastic. But wait, this feels odd, and strangely familiar - something isn't right but I can't put my finger on it. There's no time for such consideration though. My work is done. She climaxes, emptying hot ambrosia into my mouth. It's at this moment that I realise... I realise that her old chap is actually my old chap and the colour washes from my face. I'm distraught, appalled, confused, and my mouth is stuggling to contain her/my essence.

Then, a knock on the window. I spin around (furiously swiping at my chin) and there's a Mountie at the window. We've reached border control. He looks at me for a second, smiles, and waves us on. The magic car obliges and carries us off into the distance.

The End.

I occasionally, at least several times every few months, have lucid dreams where I'm in a large, complex building. This building may be a large house, castle, or hotel and I am with a group of other people. The other people may be friends or famous people or even people I don't consciously know. We are being chased around the building by some one, or group of people, so it involves lots of running around, up and down stairs, down secret passages and all sorts of things like that.

It's not really a scary dream though ... more of a comedy (think Scooby Doo or even Benny Hill) ...

Only trouble is that after "running around" all night I tend to wake up feeling knackered ...

Happens every so often. I'll wake up and it feels real until reality hit and then feel sad. Sometimes effects me for the rest of the day.

Then there's the opposite end of the spectrum. I had a nightmare as a kid about a skeleton with scraggly ginger hair who lived in the garage and he would appear in my dreams occasionally. I use to go to bed staring at the light reflected of the landing wall waiting to see his skeleton silhouette appear as he came to get me. Scary times.

I had an epic dream a few days ago. I was King of the land, women were all georgeous and the law was they had to be naked. If I moved into a womans vicinity they had to bend over for me. Damn that was an active dream, I bumped (bumped lol) into Scarlett Johansson, and Taylor Swift :p

What's the point of a lucid dream if you don't control it.

Well... with all the WarZ ive been playing my dreams have been filled with what to do in a zombie apocalypse I remember one the other night myself and a friend from work (hes the driver lets say) got ourselves to the nearest "go outdoors" or "blacks" its now called? plan was while the city was infested with zombies to get as much camping gear and head off to the wilderness.. Maybe you should break up with your gf?

I fought off a demon the other night. I was sat beside a few friends crossed legged paying attention to something and I said something to a friend of mine that offended him and turned him into this vicious snarling blood thirst demon with insane eyes. Immediately as he came after he (he's faster and stronger than me) I put up my dukes in a crossed fashion, left arm vertical, right arm horizontal closest to me, with both wrists facing each other. This kept the demon at bay despite its rampant blood thirst, I was backing away slowly but the demon could do nothing. Once I thought it gave up, I turned my back to walk away, to realise just in time the demon had picked up a knife and was about to throw it. I put my arms back up and the demon couldn't throw it. Some guys in white then ambushed the demon to restrain it. The demon turned one of them to blood instantly and attacked another, but they managed to restrain him into a stretcher and covered it in brown paper. I smacked the demon twice in the face for good measure as they took him away. Bad demon.

Only after I woke up did I realise my arms were in the shape of a crucifix. ;)

The other night I dreamt I was choosing firearms, grabbing mags, ammunition, loading said mags and guns and shooting zombies. That was pretty god damn awesome.

I've had dreams in the past that were so great (largely involving eloping with <insert incredibly hot woman here>), only to wake up and then make a quick attempt to fall asleep again to resume, it's not worked so far :-(

I had a dream where it was a zombie out break and I was with a girl and we were looking for a gun shop. But as we got to the gun shop I woke up.

Recently I had a dream where we were under attack like in war of the worlds. But it was not the same as that.

I had a recurring dream when I was younger.

I was at school, and a large chicken, covered in multi-coloured sequins was chasing me with a gun. I ran through the playground and climbed into a (ground floor) classroom through an open window.

In it were and old couple asleep in bed, with desks for bedside table, one of which I hid behind. The chicken came in...then I woke up.
