Have you ever wondered how AMD's Richard Huddy got his awesome job as Chief Gaming Scientist? Well now you get the chance to find out by putting your questions to the man himself, Huddy will answer your best questions via video. The video is taking place on the 9th of October at KitGuru UK, so please ensure you have submitted all your questions in advance of this date.

To coincide with this we're planning to give away a whole host of game codes to people who submit the funniest, yet real questions. The game codes up for grabs are Sniper Elite V3 and Murdered Soul Suspect. We welcome a touch of humour to the questions, but please remember to keep the questions clean folks. This is your chance to ask Richard Huddy any technical questions, make it count OcuK.

Thought I'd ask a question too, but don't worry i won't win a code. :p

With such an awesome job title, working for such an awesome company, how long do you think it will be until we have 'real life' TressFX hair effects?

Some good questions so far guys and love the humour too. Just remember, nothing offensive please. :)

Guys, this is your chance to ask Richard Huddy anything! Lets try and move on now from questions about hair and ask something technical hey? Where are the questions about GameWorks, OpenFX/OpenWorks, Mantle, or anything else that you can ask this industry expert. A touch of humour is fine, but they can also be serious questions that will provoke interesting answers that will benefit us all. Lets see what you've got OcuK.

Guys please can you leave that (arguing) for another thread and can we give the same old boring hair questions a rest please? Cheers. :)

Thank you to everyone who contributed and asked questions, this is now closed.

The best questions will be put to Huddy today and I'll be back on the 13th of October with the video to show you all. :)

News just in folks, filming is complete. Richard has tackled some of your questions and tried to address some of the tougher ones aswell.

As you might know AMD as a company cannot make forward looking statements in financial quiet period, so we'll have to wait and see the answers pop up on the 17th of October.

Nice was my TrueAudio question answered?

Thanks matt

No spoilers on the answered questions yet I'm afraid, you'll have to wait and watch the video. What i will say is we answered a bit of everything, including some of the more difficult questions. :)

Where is the video Matt?

Three days from now and I will post the video here Mike. :)

Hi folks - The video is in final stages of being cut, sorry for the delays - Expect to see something middle of next week on Kitguru. There was more footage than originally planned, so it's taken a little more time to edit into a series than planned. :)

Naw - Just involved with the project (A quick search of my posts will give you my history). I work at AMD, figured as people were asking I'd share an update.

Cheers Iain. :)
