I have a Canon EOS 10D that I'm looking to find out how much its worth and maybe even sell it..

I've 3 lens with it and lots of other little extra's as well.. Could anyone give me some advice about selling, how much for etc??

Would be very much appreaited :)

Kind regards, :)

What lenses do you have? Can't put a price on them without knowing exactly what they are.

10D bodies go for relative peanuts these days. £180-200 body only, unboxed/boxed with no battery grip etc.

The best place to sell would be either eBay or on the members market on here, avoiding eBay/PayPal charges.

Right for the lenses I have:

Canon 75mm to 300mm lense
Canon 28mm to 105mm lense too
Opteka 3.2 AF High Definition 2 Telephoto Lens

All are auto focus etc...

Got a 2Gb Extreme 3 memory CF card and a bag for everything.
Also has a remote (wired) to click the pictures :)

Has two stands, one mini (about 6 inches tall) and the other extenses to 6 foot..

I think I've got the manual, a DVD (I've never used that) and 2 batteries with it..

Everything in very good condition, no scratches and no damage at all. Hope that helps a bit :)

Sigma 50mm Macro is worth £100-110, assuming it's a recentish version with 1:1 macro capability.

Canon 75-300mm £65-80 if it's the non Image Stabilised version. If it is the IS version, it's worth about £180.

The 28-105mm about £70.

Your camera body with bag, manual, DVD and CF card £200-220.

These prices are mainly based on eBay sales. You may get more, you may get less.

The Opteka lens thing I have no idea, but probably not much more than a tenner. The small tripod would probably be peanuts, and the larger one from peanuts to £100+ depending on make/model.

Why are you selling? Not going Nikon are you :D

I'm actually looking to get a pocket sized one if I'm honest.

I've owned this camera for nearly 3 years now and I've only ever used one setting and had some cracking pictures from it!!
I realise now it was a bit OTT of a camera for me, but I think I would be best to sell it and get something cheaper :)

All the three lenses come with image stabilisers (as its got AF or MF) on the lense?? Plus its got a big silver 'plack' saying Canon Image Stabilizer on it!!

The Sigma Marco lense I have a few pics off, which I will put up so you can have a look.. Bearing in mind I have had all this stuff for the time I've owned the camera and its hardly been used!!
Here's a few pics for the guys/gals interested :)

I hope that answers some questions if any :)

The 50mm you have there looks to be the latest version, so as I said, £100-110.

The 75-300mm is worth what I said for an image stabilised lens, about £180.

The 28-105 is non image stabilised, and again worth as above.

The only image stabilised lens is the 75-300. AF/MF (Auto/Manual Focus) is a totally different thing. The image stabiliser helps prevent blurred photos due to camera shake. AF/MF does what it says on the tin.

Hope this helps :)

The 28mm to 105mm lense was what I took the picture with, so thats not on the table!!

How much could I get for everything? I'm unsure of the make of the stand, but I will find out and update again this evening :)

Well, for everything so far you'd get around the prices I've posted. So if you sold all the items seperately, £515-580 (note that that sale price may well be higher/lower depending on which way the wind is blowing if you use eBay).

If you sell them all together, you remove importance of some of the bits as people might want all you have there except for the 28-105 for instance, and will thus pay less. You'll attract more interest with seperate items too.
