Wood burning stove to close to wall?

As I said above if you want to reduce the risk then just measure from corner to outer edge of the stove each side and the height of stove and add 6" then go to local fabrication factory/supplier and get two sheets cut -put the sheets behind stove then raise them up off ground by a inch or so and screw them to the wall about inch in front of skirting board and space then out at top - at minimum it's two screw for each panel and I can assure you it will cut out the heat hitting the wall. This is due to the air gap and gap at bottom -as sheet heats up hot air rises and you have a flow of air up back of sheets.
It will work but it's not to regulations
