What a strange thing to do.

I was reading the other day about this how people have been lying to McMillan cancer forums about having cancer as well even showing faked pics to talk about their experiences.

Some crazy ol people on the net....

People you'd generally cross the street to avoid.:o

Didn't vote in the poll don't really care what happens to him.
 
Even though I took his claim at face value and it turns out he's lying I don't see the need to ban him, it hasn't upset me that much to be honest. Then again I understand that the internet is serious business for many people.

It's not the fact that people are hurt or care. It's that he's filling the forum with a load of troll threads which are practically just full of BS.

Is he a troll though? he seems quite a sad character and a compulsive liar, he may not actually intend to antagonise and just wants attention.

I'll just ignore him from now on and skip past his posts.

But it's fun because people then rip him apart in often hilarious ways. GD is often about the strange characters that post here - much more entertaining than the countless "spec me some fence panels" posts.
 
He is probably banned because of all the troll threads like this one. I am sure the ban will be lifted after a set time. The poll is just a joke guys...I do like the funny name idea though :)
 
Well I am disappointed, if not surprised.

No need to ban imo....lottery comments every time he posts might be amusing for a while, but I think the honest users of the MM need protecting against this guy tbh....he has a positive trust record!
