The company have to supply any ppe needed for you to do the job safely. If you have to buy your own give the receipt to your employer.

thats what i work on,or as they like to call it,you dont sign anything but they like to call it a zero hour contract which means sod all,infact 20 lads getting the mallet on monday who have fulltime contracts

So, I have boots and gloves, and I ordered the spyderco bug knife, its UK legal.

Just need to find a decent flask, that will keep a brew drinkable all day. Any ideas?

Congrats on the job offer.

And no offense, use some common sense. You can get a Flask for a few quid down the local Supermarket.

If you want something more upmarket then any of the camping stores ie Blacks.
