Word 2007 and Copying In Without Formatting

Hi Guys

I copy a lot of text from websites into Word 2007. I want to copy it straight in without formatting. At the moment I am having to use the "Paste Special / Unformatted" text facility via the menus every time, but this is a pain. Is there a way to set it so that it will just paste in unformatted every time?

Via the menus?!

CTRL + ALT + V
Will probably default to HTML formatting so:
DOWN ARROW
ENTER

Record a macro of you selecting the paste unformatted option and then add a shortcut to it on the quick access bar, you could also assign a keyboard shortcut.

I open up notepad first, copy into notepad, then copy back out into your desired program
